Due to the nature of cacao, food products, and other consumable items, all sales of these products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For eligible non-consumable products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
